Viewing the Insurance Policy List

The Insurance Policy List screen allows an Insurance Company or Broker representative to view a list of insurance certification filings, cancel a policy from a certification filing (and reverse (“undo”) a pending cancellation), and view insurance filing history.  Note: Only data for operators that are associated with you as an insurance representative are displayed within the list.

The screen displays the Insurance Policy List and three command button above the list (Cancel Policy, Undo Cancellation, and History).  The Insurance Policy List contains information for operator insurance filings including the following (from left to right): Air Carrier, Certificate Number, Policy Number, Blanket Policy, Coverage Type, Liability Type, Coverage Amount, Filing ID, Insurer Name, Date Submitted, and Policy Status.

To open the Insurance Policy screen, the user clicks the Insurance Policy menu title, which is located on the menu bar.  The screen displays the Insurance Policy List and three command button above the list (Cancel Policy, Undo Cancellation, and History).

To Open the Insurance Policy List screen:

1. Click the Insurance Policy menu title to open the operator’s Insurance Policy List screen.

2. Use the list’s grid to locate and select the submitted initial or amendment filing.

3. Review the data in list rows as needed.

4. You can use the command buttons above the list to view policy cancellation history for an operator’s insurance certification filing, cancel a policy, or undo a pending policy cancellation.
